Consent for surgical procedures

All patients will have their surgical procedure discussed with them by Mr Rossiter.

Prior to the procedure taking place a patient is required to sign a Consent form to allow the procedure to occur.  This is standard practice by all surgeons.

Mr Rossiter recommends that the particular form relating to your condition is downloaded and printed prior to your consultation so that this may be gone through at the consultation in detail.
